The Awards, which are run in conjunction with the Invercargill City Council, are open to all voluntary groups and organisations working for the benefit of the local community.
Nominations for the TrustPower Invercargill Community Awards close on 8 October, with the awards scheduled for presentation on the evening of Monday 22 November.
The Awards cover five categories; Art and Culture, Heritage and Environment, Health and Well-being, Sport and Recreation, and Education and Child/Youth Development.
Category winners receive $500, runners-up receive $250 and the Supreme Winner will take home $1,500 and an all-expenses paid trip to the TrustPower National Community Awards.
