Finders and Keepers - SPARC's research into how to get great volunteers

SPARC logo

In 2006 Sport and Recreation New Zealand (SPARC) conducted research into finding and keeping volunteers.

While aimed at the sport and recreation sector, this research has valuable information for all voluntary groups who are interested in knowing how to attract and retain great volunteers.  The research report is easy to read and understand and clearly states how voluntary organisations can use the findings of this research in their everyday activities.
