Our Organisation

16th Avenue Theatre is an amateur dramatic society that is operated by volunteers for the benefit of its members and the public at large.
Apart from acting, there are many activities that you can get involved in backstage as well as front of house. Whether your interests are learning to: act or direct, make and paint sets, make props and costumes, operate lights and sound, assist backstage, create makeup and hairstyles, host the public front of house, manage and administer the Theatre, we offer it all and have an enthusiastic bunch of volunteers to buddy you up with and show you the ropes. So come along and join in the fun.
